Joost Lamers

Joost Lamers is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in raw materials and capital expenditure purchasing. Currently serving as the Global Lead Buyer for Raw Materials and Capex at RHI Magnesita since June 2019, Joost has previously held the position of Buyer at Valvoline Inc. from August 2017 to May 2019 and worked as an Inkoper at Zijerveld (FrieslandCampina) from May 2014 to August 2017. Joost's career began with internships at Menlo Worldwide, Mars, and Kuehne + Nagel, where research studies were conducted focusing on Lean practices, Green Lane feasibility, and inventory differences in return flows. Joost holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Economics from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
