Mag. Michael Grossbauer

Mag. Michael Grossbauer has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Mag. Michael is currently working as the Head of Payroll Austria at RHI Magnesita since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Leiter Personalverrechnung at VAMED from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Head of Human Resource Services Österreich at SD Worx. Before that, they worked as the Abteilungsleiter HR Controlling at Kuratorium Wiener Pensionisten-Wohnhäuser from 2017 to 2019. Mag. Michael also has experience as the HR Konzern Controller at Wiener Stadtwerke GmbH from 2006 to 2017, and as the Key-Account-Manager at Hausfreund GmbH from 2005 to 2006. In addition, they served as the Geschäftsführer at WIF Wiener Fleischer Genossenschaft from 1992 to 2005, and as the Geschäftsführer at Zeppelzauer GmbH from 1994 to 2005.

Mag. Michael Grossbauer attended FHWien der WKW from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their Mag.(FH) degree in Unternehmensführung.
