Marie Theres Fischer

Marie Theres Fischer is an experienced professional in digital transformation and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation Office at RHI Magnesita since November 2018, Marie Theres has also held several leadership positions such as Head of Digital Realization Office and Head of PMO. Prior to this role, experience includes working as a CI Project Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Europe and a Network Consultant at Audi Volkswagen Middle East, where responsibilities encompassed managing retail network projects and driving digitalization initiatives. Marie Theres began an early career with internships in logistics, marketing, and HR consulting, complemented by strong academic credentials including a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WU Vienna.
