Dan Edwards, ICAE

Dan Edwards, ICAE has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Universal Orlando as an Attractions Supervisor, Lead, and Intern. In 2008, they were also employed by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company as part of the King's Island Attractions team. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Visitor Services Manager at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, where they had oversight of various departments and implemented revenue collection methods. In 2013, Dan joined Vail Resorts as the Sr. Activities Manager, responsible for budget creation, implementing the "Epic Discovery" project, and overseeing summer operations. Dan was later promoted to Director of Summer Operations in 2018. In 2020, they joined Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company as the Director of Guest Experience, where they remained until 2023. Currently, Dan works as the VP of Hospitality and Taproom Experience at Rhinegeist Brewery.

Dan Edwards, ICAE obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida. Dan completed their undergraduate studies from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Dan Edwards also holds a certification as an IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive from the IAAPA institution.
