Clement Edwrads possesses extensive experience in hotel and restaurant management, currently serving as House Manager at Rhino Africa since December 2019. In this role, Clement coordinates boutique hotel operations, manages staff, achieves financial and service-related targets, and enhances guest experiences. Prior positions include General Manager at KFC Langebaan and Hussar Grill, focusing on staff management, compliance, and operational standards. Clement was also the Restaurant Manager at Leeu Collection Franschhoek, overseeing a new fine dining establishment, and held multiple roles at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, culminating as Bombay Brasserie Restaurant Manager.
