Brett Saternus

Brett Saternus has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the insurance industry. Brett started their career at EY in 2008, where they held a senior position until 2011. Following that, they joined CNA Insurance as an Actuarial Senior Consultant from July 2011 to December 2014. At Canopius Group, they worked as an Actuary from December 2014 to May 2018, before being promoted to Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer, CUSI, a position they held until May 2021. Brett is currently employed as the VP of Risk & Underwriting at Rhino, a role they assumed in May 2021.

Brett Saternus earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Brett studied at the university from 2003 to 2008. In addition, Brett obtained the Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society certification from the Casualty Actuarial Society in July 2011.
