LeTia Jarrett-Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

LeTia started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Unit Supply Specialist from May 2001 to May 2004. In this role, they were responsible for counting, sorting, and storing supplies for a unit of over 250 soldiers. LeTia also conducted inventories, issued supplies, and maintained records.

After their military service, LeTia joined Arkansas Children's in June 2009 as a Lactation Technician/Sterile Processing Tech. LeTia'sresponsibilities included collecting, combining, and storing breast milk for mothers of babies in the NICU. LeTia also provided assistance to mothers on breast pumping and fortification of breast milk.

In 2013, LeTia joined Teleperformance, where they held several positions over the years. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor/Loan Verification Supervisor from April 2013 to January 2017, they supervised quality assurance programs, conducted weekly call calibrations, and provided data on agent performance.

In January 2017, LeTia became an Assistant Call Center Manager, where they managed a social media and chat customer service team. LeTia set ambitious goals, trained supervisors, and drove retention and satisfaction. LeTia held this position until May 2019.

From June 2019 to January 2021, LeTia served as a Master Sales Trainer at Teleperformance. LeTia provided instruction to Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agents on Medicare sales programs, reducing process gaps, and improving team performance.

LeTia's most recent role is with Rhino, where they started in April 2021. LeTia currently serves as a Customer Advocate and since April 2022, they have been working as a Team Lead- Training and Quality.

LeTia Jarrett-Williams attended Southeast Arkansas College from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued an associate of arts degree. In 2016, they completed a mortgage loan originator course at Learn Mortgage. During the same year, they also completed a 3-hour SAFE Texas course at Learn Mortgage. In 2019, LeTia obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the Texas Department of Insurance.
