George Remennik

George Remennik has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2023. George started their career as a Contract Attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges, where they assisted in corporate transactions and ensured document accuracy. George then worked as a Legal Associate (in-house) at GlobalLogic, drafting contracts and handling immigration petitions. At the Law Office of David Carlebach, George represented corporate clients in bankruptcy filings.

Afterwards, they joined HBH Gourmet Sandwiches, Inc. as Counsel, providing legal assistance in entity formation and obtaining a beer and wine license for the restaurant. Following this, George worked as a Staff Attorney at Quinn Emanuel, reviewing securities offerings and protecting privileged attorney-client communications.
