Jai Jung Kim

Jai Jung Kim is the current Chief Business Officer at Rho Business Banking. Jai has also served as a Co-Founder at Hydrant Inc, an Investment Professional at Pear VC, and Vice President at Accretive. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Cerberus Capital Management and a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Kim has always been interested in business and entrepreneurship. Jai started their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where they worked with various clients on strategic projects. After a few years, they transitioned to venture capital with Cerberus Capital Management. There, they worked with portfolio companies and helped them grow and scale.

In 2016, Kim joined Accretive, a venture studio that builds industry-leading companies from the ground up. At Accretive, they helped launch and grow Fandango, Accolade, Insureon, and Accretive Health (R1 RCM).

In 2018, Kim co-founded Hydrant Inc, a health and wellness company. Jai raised Series B funding for the company and grew it to be a leading player in the space.

Most recently, Kim has been working as the Chief Business Officer at Rho Business Banking. In this role, they are responsible for driving growth and expansion for the company.

Jai Jung Kim has a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University School of Business.
