Ryan Featherston

Ryan Featherston is a Research Assistant with Rhodium Group’s China practice focused on China’s industrial policy and economic trajectory. Prior to joining Rhodium, Ryan worked as an intern at the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy. There, he drafted and edited remarks, prepared policy briefs, and produced analysis focused on U.S.-China relations. Before that, Ryan worked as a research intern at Trivium China focused on Chinese political appointments.

Ryan is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in China Studies with an emphasis on Economics and Management at Peking University’s Yenching Academy. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Chinese Language and Culture from Arizona State University. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
