Job Description
As a Contracts and Finance Support Manager, you will help Rhombus address the full breadth of our contractual obligations during the US Government acquisitions and sustainment lifecycle, as well as manage the entirety of Rhombus’ contract responsibilities. You will also be responsible in supporting all outputs associated with Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including but not limited to annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting, and special projects.
You will serve a critical function supporting our US Government business. You will collaborate with Rhombus’ Executive Suite, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development teams to manage the government contracting process and contracting office relationships, and keep pace with our diverse and expanding portfolio of Federal partnerships. Rhombus is a fast-growing company at the early stages of growth, and we’re seeking like-minded, mission-oriented candidates that must be resourceful, creative, and eager to take ownership of complex matters.
This is a fast-paced, ‘roll-up your sleeves’ role. On any given day, you’ll help push deals across the finish line, review, edit, negotiate, and complete critical contract documentation, reviews balance sheet account analysis, respond to FOIAs, develop and present ad hoc financial reports, build out pricing proposals, review NDAs, negotiate data contracts, travel to program offices to negotiate terms, implement new company directives/policies, all while supporting other high-impact projects from leadership.
