Carolyn Nachman, PHR, SHRM-CP

Carolyn Nachman, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 30 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Carolyn began their career in 1990 as a Human Resources Associate/Recruiting Activities Manager at the World Wildlife Fund. In 1995, they moved to The Abbott Group LLC as an Executive Search Consultant, and in 2006 they became the Committee Director/Membership Chair for the Boy Scouts of America. In 2013, they began working as a Human Resources Consultant for RiskSpan, where they were the organization's first Human Resources Professional. Carolyn also served as a volunteer moderator and career transition adviser at the Professional Outplacement Assistance Center, and in 2017 they joined IMPAQ International as an Office Administrator. Carolyn currently works as an Office Manager HR for Rhombus Power Inc.

Carolyn Nachman holds a BA from the University of Maryland in French, Spanish, and Secondary Education. In 2011, they obtained their Professional Human Resources Management degree from Prince George's Community College in Human Resource Management. In 2012, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). In 2015, they obtained their SHRM CP (Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
