Daniel Pearse

Daniel Pearse is an accomplished pastry chef currently serving as the Group Executive Pastry Chef at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection since November 2022. Previously, Daniel held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at The Savoy from October 2018 to August 2022, and prior to that, was the Executive Pastry Chef for Hakkasan Group from August 2011 to September 2018, where responsibilities included serving as the Head Pastry Chef at Hakkasan London. Daniel’s career also includes roles as Pastry Sous Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from August 2010 to July 2011 and Junior Sous Chef at Foliage at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge from 2005 to 2009.
