Silver Lusti

Silver Lusti has extensive experience in legal and cybersecurity roles, currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at Riigi Infosüsteemi Amet (Estonian Information System Authority) since March 2018. In this position, Silver is responsible for leading the strategic development of national IT systems and ensuring legal compliance in national cybersecurity efforts. Previous roles include serving as a Cyber Security Branch Legal Adviser and an Expert, focusing on legislative drafting, international cooperation agreements, and cybersecurity inspections. Silver's earlier experience includes working as a Lawyer at the Veterinary and Food Board, where responsibilities involved state supervision and legislative input, as well as various trainee positions. Silver holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Law from Tallinn University.
