Nate Rapuano

Nate Rapuano is an Analyst in Asset Management at Riaz Capital, an integrated real estate private equity firm, where responsibilities include optimizing the performance of a portfolio comprising 1,500 units valued over $750 million. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Management Consultant at Edifice Real Estate Partners, focusing on emissions research to enhance building efficiency in Manhattan's Garment District, and roles as Assistant Project Manager at LJI Projects and Development Associate at Edifice Real Estate Partners, where management of projects and budget oversight were key tasks.
