Amy Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Amy began their career as an Organizational Development Intern at ODA- Management and Development Consultancy in 2015. Amy then took on a role as a Talent Management Intern at Refrigeration Solutions in 2016. From 2022 to present, Amy has been working at Octopus Ventures as a Portfolio Talent Partner. Amy'sresponsibilities include partnering with portfolio companies to help them make key hires, delivering the full recruitment lifecycle, and establishing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Most recently, Amy became the COO at Ribbon in 2023. Ribbon is a continuous product insights platform, and their role involves optimizing product journeys, testing designs, and incorporating user feedback into the product development process.

Amy Campbell started their education at Herschel Girls' School, where they completed their high school education from 2008 to 2012.
Amy then went on to enroll at the University of Cape Town, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (B.SocSci) degree in Organisational Psychology & International Relations from 2013 to 2015.
Following this, Amy pursued further studies at the University of Cape Town and completed a Bachelor of Science (B.SocSci) Honours (Hons.) degree in Organisational Psychology in 2016.
In 2018, Amy attended the University of Cape Town again and received training in Advanced Human Resource (HR) Management.
Amy continued their education with various specialized programs. In 2019, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they gained expertise in Digital Marketing Analytics.
Amy then pursued a program in Digital Marketing: Disruptive Strategy at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2019.
