Benjamin Schultes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Benjamin began their career at Deutsche Telekom AG as an IT-System Engineer from the year 2000 to 2003. Following this, they joined Sonus in 2006 where they held different roles over a period of 11 years. Benjamin started as a Junior Technical Support Engineer (SIP) from 2006 to 2009 before transitioning to a Field Support Engineer (SIP) role. In the latter position, they were responsible for planning and executing software upgrades and providing workshops to customers. From 2014 to 2015, they moved to the newly acquired Signaling department, where they worked on SEGway X301/X401 and DSC 8000 software STP products, upgrading software and designing and deploying new installations. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Field Support Engineer (SS7 Signaling), where they continued their responsibilities of deploying products at customer sites in EMEA and North America. In 2017, Benjamin joined Ribbon Communications as a Senior Field Support Engineer (SS7 Signaling) and later transitioned to the role of Systems Integration Technical Specialist in January 2019.
Benjamin Schultes began their education in 2003 at Hochtaunusschule, where they obtained an entrance qualification for studying at a university of applied sciences in the field of Information Technology. Benjamin pursued further education at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Information and Communication Technology. However, they did not complete a degree during this period.
