Chani Zerbib

Chani Zerbib began their work experience as the Global HR Director at Bagir Group Ltd. in 2006. During their time there, they were responsible for developing HR yearly work plans in areas such as training, recruitment, welfare, internal communications, contribution to the community, and management development. Chani then moved on to ECI Telecom in 2012, where they held the role of HR & SITE MANAGER - R&D SITE. In this position, they played a key role in the company's transition into software-defined products in the telecom industry. Chani also led the development of cutting-edge technology in networking and cybersecurity. Chani Zerbib's most recent role is as the Human Resources Director of the R&D Division at Ribbon Communications since 2019.

Chani Zerbib obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology & Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This degree was earned between the years 1997 and 2000.
