Derek Chapman

Derek Chapman, PMP, has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Derek started their career at Nortel in 1996, where they worked as a Software Project Manager until 2010. Derek then joined Genband as a Product Line Manager and worked there until 2017. Currently, Derek is serving as a Product Manager at Ribbon Communications.

Derek Chapman, PMP, pursued their education in a chronological manner, focusing on both technical and business fields. From 1992 to 1996, they attended Sault College, where they earned a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and specialized in Electronics. Later, in the years 2009 to 2011, Derek enrolled at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they completed their studies in Project Management, concentrating in the field of Business.
