Ellen Youstra

Ellen Youstra is a seasoned Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently employed at Ribbon Communications since February 2007, Ellen has played a key role in developing technical documentation. Prior to this, Ellen served as a Senior Technical Writer at NexTone/NextPoint Networks from February 2007 to September 2008, where the company was subsequently acquired by Genband.
