Graham King has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Graham started their career in 1997 at Nortel, where they worked as a Product Verification Engineer for five years. Graham then transitioned to the role of VO & Trials Engineer, followed by GSM/HLR/HSS Test Engineer. From 2006 to 2010, Graham worked as a Carrier Technical Support Engineer at Nortel. Afterward, they joined GENBAND in 2010 as a Technical Support Engineer. Since 2012, Graham has been employed at Ribbon Communications, serving as a Technical Support Manager. In this role, they manage a team of support engineers, providing technical support for various parts of the BT network running Ribbon/GENBAND equipment. Graham also collaborates with different departments and teams within BT, including design and test teams, to support the deployment, configuration, and verification of new software builds. Graham also works with network operations teams to support the in-life networks.
Graham King attended Loughborough University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BSc (2:1) degree in Electronic, Computer and System Engineering.
