James Shelby has over 40 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Central Office Technician at CONTEL of INDIANA from July 1977 to an unknown end date. James then moved on to become a Manager - Network Operations Center at the same company from an unknown start date to 1985. In this role, they managed a team of ten technicians and was responsible for remote network troubleshooting and mentoring NOC engineers.
