John Dunkerley

John Dunkerley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. John began their career in 1992 at BT, where they held various management positions, including Head of Procurement Policy & Strategy, Head of Product Management for Inbound Services, Manager of Warehousing and Distribution, and Manager of Logistics Customer Service. During their time at BT, they initiated and implemented strategic procurement programs, established collaborative buying groups, and improved network revenues and profitability. In 2003, they joined Openreach as the General Manager of Supply Chain Operations, where they led the build of operations teams and drove cost reduction in materials, fleet, and property. John also had responsibilities for compliance, network quality auditors, and network records maintenance. From 2007 to 2009, John worked as an independent business consultant at Santiva Ltd., before joining PaperlinX Europe as an Interim Procurement Manager. In 2009, they transitioned to ECI Telecom, where they served as the UK Programme Director until 2020. Currently, they hold the same role at Ribbon Communications.

John Dunkerley completed their education at two institutions. John first attended Imperial College London from 1974 to 1977, where they earned a B.Sc. A.R.C.S. degree in Mathematics. Later, they pursued higher education at Cranfield School of Management from 1987 to 1988 and obtained an MBA degree. No specific field of study was mentioned for their MBA program.
