Technical Support Sr Tech Specialist at Ribbon Communications

Kieran Long began their work experience in 2017 as an Apprentice Network Engineer at BT. Kieran worked in this role until October 2020. During their time at BT, Kieran gained experience in testing traditional and modern voice solutions and worked with ISUP, SIP, and VoIP services.

In October 2020, Kieran transitioned to the role of Telephony Engineer at BT and held this position until December 2021. As a Telephony Engineer, they continued to test voice solutions and further developed their skills in this area.

In December 2021, Kieran joined Ribbon Communications as a Technical Support Sr Tech specialist. In this role, Kieran provides engineering support to customers, customer support personnel, and field support staff. Kieran collaborates with customers and company personnel to address technical problems, determine solutions, and assist with implementing fixes. Kieran also provides technical feedback to engineering regarding product changes and enhancements.

Kieran Long completed a foundation degree in network engineering from the University of Suffolk between 2018 and 2020.
