Mark Bales has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mark began their career in the US Army, serving as a Comsec Tier III Repair specialist and receiving recognition for their exceptional performance. After leaving the military, Mark joined Nortel Networks, where they held various roles, including Design Support Engineer, Design/VO Support Engineer, Manager/SME (ETAS), Regional Mgr. Wireless Operations, and Senior ETAS support engineer. During their time at Nortel, Mark provided technical assistance, managed installations, supervised field installations, and interacted with customers nationwide. Mark then joined Sonus as a Network Design Engineer and later as a Field Support Engineer, where they specialized in handling AT&T accounts.
