Michael Jones has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael started their career at Shields Telecom as a contractor in 1981. Michael then moved on to Idacom as a contractor from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they joined Nortel Networks as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer and worked there for 16 years until 2003.
