Michal Peretz

Michal Peretz has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Currently, they hold the role of HR Business Manager and Global Learning and Development Manager at Ribbon Communications since 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they worked at Orbotech as a Global Learning & Development Manager, where they were responsible for improving employees' skills and knowledge through learning programs and training solutions. From 2009 to 2012, Michal worked at NICE Systems as the Global Learning Manager and Sales Learning Manager, where they established the global learning function and developed various learning programs. Before that, they spent 10 years at Intel Corporation, where they held positions such as Technical Training Manager and Global Project Manager, managing cross-organizational projects and programs related to learning and performance improvement. In 1996, they worked as a Project Manager at the Municipal Foundation, overseeing projects in the social sphere and acting as a liaison between relevant bodies.

Michal Peretz completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, with a duration of 4 years from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, Michal Peretz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Bar-Ilan University.
