Orit Diller

Orit Diller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Orit began their career in 2010 as a Social Worker at Eitan, where they conducted interviews and provided guidance on labor and social laws. In 2014, they became a Branch Manager at Aviezer, overseeing the recruitment and placement of professional foreign caregivers. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Recruitment Specialist at APM, Agiv Professional Manpower LTD. At ECI Telecom, starting in 2018, Orit served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle of the R&D division. Most recently, they held positions at Ribbon Communications, first as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and then as an HR Business Partner, focusing on IP Optical R&D.

Orit Diller pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduating in the year 2009. Afterward, they attended Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Labor Studies through their Master's Program.
