Mike Nuti

Mike Nuti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Lam Research in 1994, where they were responsible for developing and managing annual and quarterly budgets for various departments. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Aspect Communications, where they designed and implemented a new initiative-based budgeting and forecasting process.

In 1999, Nuti joined Sevant Inc as the Director of Finance, where they managed a team and set financial planning and strategy objectives. Mike also developed models to measure and track revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

From 2001 to 2002, Nuti worked as a Consultant/Controller at Andover Consulting Group, where they were responsible for product sales, logistics, and financial analysis. Mike successfully liquidated assets of over 20 companies.

In 2002, Nuti joined Nova Crystals, Inc as a Consultant, where they produced weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasts and created P&L and balance sheet forecasts.

From 2003 to 2007, Nuti worked at Blue Shield of California as a Finance Manager. In this role, they managed a team responsible for delivering an enterprise-wide budget and forecasting tool. Mike also oversaw corporate database and platform administration.

In 2007, Nuti joined PNC Solutions as a Consultant, where they provided consulting services. Finally, they moved to Ribbon Communications in the same year, where they held the role of Senior Director of FP&A.
