Rafael Vicent

Rafael Vicent has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rafael is currently employed at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Channel Account Manager for the South Europe region since March 2020. Before that, they worked at Avaya for a significant period, holding various positions including Mid-Market Cloud Specialist, Territory Account Manager, and Channel Account Manager from 2004 to 2020. Prior to Avaya, they were a Channel Account Manager at Tenovis from 2000 to 2004. Rafael also worked as an Account Manager at Bosch España from 1997 to 2000. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Computer Science Trainer and Software Engineer while working freelance from 1995 to 1997.

Rafael Vicent pursued their education at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Rafael completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 1994 to 1995, specializing in Software. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, they earned a degree in Ingeniería Técnica with a field of study in Informática de gestión. In 1995, they also obtained a Master's degree in Sistemas de Información from the same university. In addition, they took part in the Programa Gerencial de Empresas at Club de Economía y Dirección for a brief period in 1995.
