Tim Pooley

Tim Pooley has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, with a focus on customer support for various products. Tim has worked as a Support Engineer at Genband for the past 15 years, specializing in Tier 2 Global Product Support for Genband's VoIP Media Gateway. Prior to their role at Genband, they worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications, where they began their career in 2010.

Tim Pooley attended Carleton University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Aerospace Engineering. During their time at Carleton, Tim specialized in the field of Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
