Vernon Sauls has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Vernon started their career at Nortel in 1987, where they served as a Technical Trainer until 1997. After that, they transitioned into the role of Technical Support until 2010. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in troubleshooting and providing technical assistance. In 2010, Vernon joined Genband as a Technical Support Engineer and continued in that role until 2018. Finally, they joined Ribbon Communications in 2018 and held the position of Sr. Technical Support Specialist. Throughout their career, Vernon has demonstrated their ability to handle complex technical issues and provide exceptional support to customers.

Vernon Sauls obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wayne Community College, which they completed between 1981 and 1983.
