Patricia Hampton

Patricia Hampton is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Ribus Group since June 2015, Patricia is focused on Global HR Transformation, leading efforts in technology service delivery and global process re-engineering. Prior to this role, Patricia held positions including Human Resources Director at Siemens, Senior Human Resources Manager at UPS, and HR Manager at both Oracle and Celgene. Patricia began the career as a Human Resources Specialist at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University.
