Gary Kelley

Gary Kelley is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as an Equity Partner at PCF Insurance Services since July 2021, and as a Partner and Risk Management Consultant at Rice Insurance since July 2013. With a focus on providing comprehensive risk management and asset protection planning, Gary works closely with clients to address their specific insurance needs, including Property & Casualty, E&O, EPLI, and Employee Benefits. Prior to these roles, Gary was a Commercial Broker for Risk Management at HBT Insurance and an Underwriter - Account Executive at Travelers Insurance. Gary holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Gonzaga University, and has furthered education through The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
