Kerri Tomczak ARM, HCCP has held various roles in the real estate industry. In 2017, Kerri joined RichSmith Management as a Senior Regional Director. Currently, Kerri is serving as the Director of Operations at RichSmith Development, a position held since 2022.

Kerri Tomczak ARM, HCCP completed their high school education at Jessieville High School in 1992. Kerri holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification from the National Association of Home Builders.
