Pmp® Sattam Alshaalan Fmp®

Sattam AlShaalan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sattam is currently the Director of Events Management and Government Affairs at Richard Attias & Associates since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SEDER GROUP for five years, from October 2017 to December 2022, where they held multiple roles. Sattam served as the Director of Operation and Maintenance at King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, overseeing daily maintenance and operations activities and managing subordinates and contractors. Sattam was also responsible for planning preventive maintenance, maintaining quality standards, and arranging spare parts inventory. Additionally, they provided technical training sessions and had regular communications with royal protocol and government bodies. During their time at SEDER GROUP, they also worked as a Project Manager for various events, including the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting, and the Arab Women Committee's session.

Before joining SEDER GROUP, Sattam AlShaalan worked at Saudi Oger Ltd. from 2005 to 2017. Sattam served as the Director of Coordination, where they liaised with clients, royal families, royal protocol, private affairs, and the royal guard. Sattam also worked as the head of maintenance in the private palace of the wife of two holy mosques, overseeing projects and maintenance in their private palaces both inside and outside the kingdom. Furthermore, they acted as the Director of Coordination between Prince Mansour Bin Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz and Saudi Oger Ltd., and supervised the Maintenance Team at King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Palace.

Prior to their tenure at Saudi Oger Ltd., Sattam AlShaalan worked as an HR officer at Summit LTD from 2003 to 2005.

Sattam AlShaalan, PMP®, FMP®, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These certifications include Facility Management Professional (FMP®) from IFMA, Event Management and Facilities Management from eLearning College, leadership essentials from Doroob, and two certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute.
