Caitlyn Grande

Caitlyn Grande has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Caitlyn is currently working as the Director of National Accounts at Richard Bernstein Advisors, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, Caitlyn worked at BNY Mellon for over 10 years, where they held multiple roles. From October 2015 to September 2021, they served as the Vice President and Relationship Manager, responsible for leading relationship, sales, and distribution efforts for retail financial intermediaries. During this time, they oversaw $6B in client assets. From October 2014 to October 2015, Caitlyn was the Great Lakes Regional Team Lead, where they trained internal wholesalers on call coaching, systems, product knowledge, and territory management. Caitlyn also successfully drove sales in uncovered territories while co-managing two other territories. Caitlyn started their career at Merrill Lynch as an intern in 2009.
