Diana McCoy

Diana McCoy, MS-HRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Richland County Recreation Commission since March 2019 and concurrently works as a Human Resources Consultant at Superior HR Consulting since October 2020. With expertise in employee relations, benefits and compensation, training, performance management, recruiting, legal compliance, and policy development, Diana also engages in audits, job coaching, and mobile notary services. Diana holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Strayer University (2011-2012) and a Bachelor's degree from Norfolk State University (2002-2007).
