James Furey

James Furey is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and development, currently serving as Division President at Richmond American Homes since July 2016. Prior to this role, Furey held leadership positions at Trumark Homes and Beazer Homes, where responsibilities included land acquisition and project management. Furey’s career began at Triad Ventures, focusing on sourcing and entitling land for various residential and commercial projects across Southern California and the Western United States. Furey holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
