Nick Abdelnour

Nick Abdelnour is a seasoned professional in the land acquisition and entitlement sector, currently serving as Division President at Richmond American Homes since August 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President Land Acquisition & Entitlement at Taylor Morrison for a brief tenure in early 2020, following a significant acquisition of William Lyon Homes. Previously, Nick held various leadership positions at Polygon Northwest Homes, including Vice President and Director of Land Acquisition & Entitlement. Additionally, experience encompasses roles in management and services in the residential real estate sector with companies such as First American Title, Pageantry Homes, Ryland Homes, and UDC Homes. Nick is also a Designated Broker for Cascadian King Company and has served on the Board of Directors for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. Nick attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, and Communications from the University of Puget Sound.
