Michelle Paluzzi

Michelle (Myers) Paluzzi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle started their career as a Primary Keyholder at ALDO Group, where they consistently achieved high weekly store sales and trained other employees. Michelle then worked as a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Adecco Group, where they grew the business from around 30 to over 200 employees in approximately 24 months. Following that, they served as the Director of Career Services at ITT Technical Institute. Michelle then worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Chassix, where they were also responsible for recruitment. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Richmond Master Distributors, where they oversee HR activities for multiple companies in different industries, advises on policies and training, and supports restructuring and strategic goals.

Michelle (Myers) Paluzzi obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from St. Mary's University of Minnesota in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Indiana University South Bend in 2006. Michelle completed their high school education at Northridge High School in 2001.
