Shantá Langhorne

Shanta Langhorne serves as the Executive Assistant at Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity, overseeing neighborhood projects and performing notary duties since February 2023. As the Owner/Creator of Occasional Kreations, LLC since July 2013, Shanta has also accumulated extensive experience in mortgage processing, having held positions such as Mortgage Loan Processor III at Truist Bank and Bank of America, where responsibilities included being the primary contact for loan settlements and ensuring documentation accuracy. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Mortgage Default Specialist at SunTrust and a Billing and Payment Specialist at UHS, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and financial processes. Educational credentials include attendance at Bryant & Stratton College - Richmond and George Wythe High School.
