Known for his analytical mind and excellent business sense, Patrick stands out for his ability to effectively plan, manage and execute his mandates in a range of sectors, often under difficult circumstances. His negotiation skills ensure sound collaboration between stakeholders, even in highly delicate areas.

He has over 15 years of experience in transactional and restructuring work and is a chartered accountant, trustee in bankruptcy, and a member of the CFA Institute. Before joining Richter, Patrick worked in corporate finance in a large bank for many years, as well as working for major accounting firms in restructuring. He has been involved in numerous large, complex transactions where he gained solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing, insolvency and corporate restructuring.

At Richter, Patrick works closely with various stakeholders (lenders, shareholders, members of senior management, investors, lawyers) to find concrete and creative solutions to the problems his clients face.

His responsibilities include managing restructuring and insolvency files, sales of businesses, and negotiations among stakeholders, as well as conducting analyses and preparing reports.
