Donovan Hall

Donovan Hall currently serves as the Territory Manager for Virginia and Maryland at Richwood, specializing in engineering solutions for the mining, aggregate, and paper mill industries since October 2021. Prior to this role, Donovan held multiple positions at HYTORC from February 2014 to July 2021, including Territory Repair and Territory Sales Representative, focusing on sales within the territory. In addition, Donovan worked at Hytorc Industrial Bolting in repair, calibrations, and sales, and served as a Hydraulic Mechanic at Carter Machinery, where responsibilities included inspecting, quoting, repairing, and testing hydraulic cylinders from April 2012 to December 2013. Donovan's career began in the US Navy, where an Aviation Boatswain Mate role involved the launch and recovery of naval aircraft, along with hydraulic and pneumatic repairs from April 1992 to April 2012. Academically, Donovan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University between 2018 and 2021.
