Maria Zubareva

Maria Zubareva serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Rick.ai since December 2023. Previously, Maria held the position of Product and Operations Lead at BigBro.ai, an early-stage tech startup focusing on computer vision for sports analytics, from July 2022 to November 2023. Prior to that, Maria was the Head of Growth at UPMARKET.cc, a leading SaaS platform in Russia and CIS, from January 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included launching agency products and developing strategies. Maria's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Ingate from March 2011 to September 2020, where accomplishments as Chief Human Resources Officer included achieving substantial growth in staff productivity and profitability, implementing comprehensive HR systems for over 700 employees, and optimizing talent acquisition. Maria began the career in customer experience management and holds a Master's degree in Management from Tula State University.
