Seth Hunt

Seth Hunt is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Rick Erwin Dining Group since August 2022, Seth previously excelled as a Line Cook at Rick Erwin's Level 10, where responsibilities included head grill cook duties. Prior experience includes specializing in gourmet sides and pasta at Wolfgang Puck and preparing a diverse array of food items at Sodexo. Seth also has a background in food preparation at Outback Steakhouse and served as a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, supporting data collection and departmental initiatives. Earlier military service in the US Army included roles as a Track/Wheel Vehicle Mechanic and DFAC Shift Manager, where menu planning and personnel training were key responsibilities. Seth holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
