Geron Montenegro

Geron Montenegro is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ricoh USA, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Geron held similar senior roles at 6sense and NAVIS, demonstrating a strong track record in leading customer success initiatives from January 2020 to November 2023 and leading the Customer Success team at NAVIS from September 2014 to January 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Cvent as a Client Success Manager and at TravelClick as a Strategic Account Manager.
