Jocelyn Diaz-Gonzalez

Jocelyn Diaz-Gonzalez serves as a Technical Support Specialist at Ricoh USA, Inc. since November 2021, where responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution of support requests. Previous experience includes serving as the Student Commissioner for the Arlington County Board's Information Technology Advisory Commission, providing insights on technology regulations, and working as a Criminal Defense Investigator at both the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission and the Public Defender Service, where investigative skills were applied to assist in legal cases. Jocelyn Diaz-Gonzalez is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity at Marymount University and holds both a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science, complemented by technical training from CompTIA Tech Career Academy and Cyber Teach Institute.
