Julie Kinker

Julie Kinker possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ricoh USA, Inc. since 2007. In previous roles at the same company, Kinker held positions as Human Resources Manager and Senior Generalist, focusing on employee relations and business objectives. Prior to Ricoh, Kinker worked at Lanier Worldwide as a Recruiting Supervisor and Human Resources Manager, as well as at Lamont Staffing as a Branch Manager. Kinker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education from Northern Illinois University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
