Hao Cui is a PHD Candidate at Riddet Institute, currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Food Science and Technology at Massey University. Prior to this, Hao worked as a Laboratory & Quality Specialist at Nordic Harvest, where they were responsible for drafting and reviewing lab protocols and maintaining organisational standards. Hao also has experience as a Laboratory Technician, preparing media and performing various quality control checks in accordance with instructions. They hold a Master of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor's degree in Food Quality and Safety from Huazhong Agricultural University.

Riddet Institute

The Riddet Institute is a national Centre of Research Excellence (CoRE) which focuses on world-class food and nutritional sciences, in collaboration with international research and higher education organisations.
